What is the maximum capacity?

・Grand Villa (2-Bed): Maximum 4 guests
・Grand Villa (4-Bed): Maximum 4 guests
・Deluxe Grand Villa (6-Bed): Maximum 6 guests
What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: From 3:00 PM
Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Can I change the number of guests or my plan?

・Change in number of guests: You can change online via the reservation confirmation email up to 3 days before your stay.
・Plan changes: Please cancel your current reservation and book again.
When making a new reservation, please write “Change from ◯◯ to △△” in the remarks section.
What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay on site by cash or credit card.
Are pets allowed?

We’re sorry, but pets are not allowed.
Is parking available?

Yes, free parking is available at each villa.
Is there a cancellation fee?

・30 days before: 50% of the accommodation fee
・From 7 days before or no-show: 100% of the accommodation fee

Are amenities and cooking utensils provided?

Can we have BBQ even on rainy days?

Yes. Each villa has an indoor dining space, so BBQ is possible even in rainy weather.
Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, it is available.
Is air conditioning and heating available?

Yes, each villa is equipped with both.
Are there bathrooms and toilets?

Yes, each villa has a private bathroom and toilet.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Yes, you can.
Are drinks sold on site?

At the management office, we sell beer, local sake, wine, and soft drinks.
Can I bring my own fire pit or stove?

Please refrain from bringing your own fire equipment.
For BBQ, please use the provided Weber gas grill.
Are there convenience stores or supermarkets nearby?

・Lawson Namerikawa IC East Store (about 10 minutes by car)
・Plant 3 and Valor Namerikawa Store (about 15 minutes by car)

Are fireworks allowed?

Only handheld and fountain fireworks are allowed in designated areas.
Please ask the front desk to provide a fire bucket for safety.
